Job Description:
This person is primarily responsible for providing training/consulting, help desk and remote support to AccuWare application end users. This person should have practical knowledge of Accounting Principles and experience with Accounting Software.
Key characteristics of this position:

- Provide effective training on AccuWare (Accounting/ERP) Software to end users
- Provide telephone technical support to end users
- Provide clarifications to financial accountants and software users
- Respond to Customer's Phone Calls and support requests
- Provide remote diagnosis/support for AccuWare software
- Provide HelpDesk support/clarifications to software users
- Document and assign call tickets to related IT groups for further support
- Interact with clients regarding training, support and other similar issues
- Create and Maintain Training Syllabus and related documentation
- Contribute to Application documentation Manuals
- Provide assistance in carrying-out AccuWare Installations
Key Skills required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- At least two years experience in using accounting software
- Ability to engage in functional discussions with Financial Accountants and Auditors
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Help Desk environment experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled with organization, decision making and time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of software installations
